Abrasive Wheels
Upon completion, candidates will understand current legislation, health and safety and hazard issues. Candidates will be able to demonstrate the safe fitting and use of abrasive wheels.

CAT and Genny
This course is intended for delegates who use cable avoidance equipment. Upon completion candidates will achieve an understanding of the requirements under the HASAWA 1974 and PUWER.

Fire Warden
This course is designed to ensure that employees who are designated as Fire Marshall / Warden understand their role and the duties involved and be able to identify potential fire safety hazards.

Basic Use of Fire Extinguishers
This course is intended to train staff to tackle a small fire in safety using portable fire fighting equipment.

First Aid at Work
This course covers the practical skills needed by a first aider in the modern workplace. The course will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies and is legally compliant with Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations.

First Aid at Work Re-qualification
This course updates the first aid skills of those who need to renew their first aid at work certificate and whose existing certificate is still valid.

Emergency First Aid at Work
This new course is developed in line with the HSE changes to the First aid at work regulations. It is designed for lower risk businesses, where a risk assessment has indicated that a lower level of first aid cover is sufficient.

Manual Handling
This course is designed for staff involved in lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling and carrying tasks who are at risk of injury. Delegates will be trained in the correct method to be used when carrying out Manual Handling tasks, to help reduce the risk of injury. Delegates will gain an understanding of the duties and responsibilities under the HASAWA and Manual Handling Regulations.

Quick Couplers
Upon completion attendees will have an understanding of the various classifications of quick coupler devices, and their associated risks.

Harness Safety and Inspection
This course is designed to instruct delegates on the correct use and inspection of safety harnesses when working at heights.

Traffic Management
Upon completion delegates will recognise the importance of accepting and dispersing vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Delegates will recognise the significant risks and be able to give clear and precise signals to vehicles.

Construction (Design & Management) Awareness
The course is devoted entirely to the requirements and background of the CDM Regulations, including the roles and responsibilities of the Client, Designer, CDM Coordinator, Principal Contractor and Sub-Contractors and the contents of Health and Safety Plans and Files.

Health and Safety Awareness
This course is designed for Supervisors & Managers wishing to raise their awareness of Health and Safety legislation to enable them to contribute to a safer working environment in their workplace. Delegates will receive a full appreciation of current Health and Safety legislation and the means to promote appropriate safety awareness in their working environment.

IOSH Managing Safely
Managers and Supervisors in particular should be aware of their responsibilities and be competent to mange health and safety effectively. IOSH Managing Safely is a dynamic and practical 4 day Health and Safety training course designed to educate line managers on their Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities and build the confidence to put it into practice.

Confined Space Awareness
This course covers confined space awareness, understand the hazards associated with confined space, and an Awareness of Health & Hygiene aspects of the confined space environment.

Confined Space Entry Including Escape Breathing Apparatus.
This course covers the knowledge and skills of planning, entering, working and exiting confined spaces including via a vertical shaft and where escape breathing apparatus is a part of the planned means of self rescue

Construction Site Safety Audits
Aim of this course is to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to identify unsafe conditions and practices within the workplace and replace them with safer processes and procedures.
